1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: your name and email address, which you submit to start a build.
- Conversation content: the messages you send to our AI assistant, including any descriptions, files, or data you choose to share to generate your deliverable.
- Payment information: when you pay, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and the email used at checkout.
- Communications: any messages you send to us via email or support channels.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: approximate device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed on our site.
- IP address and basic technical metadata associated with your requests, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Local storage: small amounts of data we keep in your browser to maintain your session and remember things like dismissed notifications. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including generating, delivering, and storing your deliverables.
- Send transactional emails such as verification codes, payment receipts, and delivery notices.
- Respond to support inquiries.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the Service, including analyzing aggregated and anonymized usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following service providers to operate yourSaaS.diy. Your information may be processed by these providers strictly to deliver the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and serverless functions.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI generation of your deliverables. Your chat content may be sent to Anthropic's API to produce the requested output. Governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- GoDaddy — domain registration and web hosting.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use a small amount of browser local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site trackers. You can clear your browser storage at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out of any active session.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Order and conversation records: retained for up to 24 months from the date of last activity, then archived or deleted.
- Deliverable files: retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
- Payment and tax records: retained for at least 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting laws.
- Verification codes: expire and are deleted within 10 minutes.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., we must keep tax records).
- Opt-out: stop using the Service and request closure of your account.

7. Children

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the U.S., you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
